Kaitlin is the Marketing & Design Coordinator, overseeing pre-market coordination, home readiness, and site management to ensure each home is thoughtfully presented and market-ready. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, she brings a unique blend of creative and technical expertise to the role. Alongside design and marketing strategy, she focuses on optimizing processes and building efficient systems through workflow automation and technical problem-solving. Outside of work find her getting outside, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with friends and family.
